Authorisation is tied to the market
An authorised service centre handles devices imported into the country by the local distributor. A device bought elsewhere formally does not exist for them.
A Supersonic dryer, Airwrap styler, Corrale straightener or Dyson Zone headphones brought from the US, the UK, Europe, the UAE, Turkey or Japan - and the authorised service in Georgia won't take them, sometimes not even for money. We repair such devices: what matters to us is the model and the fault, not the country of purchase.
This is not your fault and not a sign of a "wrong" device. The reasons are formal, and they are much the same in every country.

A manufacturer warranty usually applies in the country of purchase or its trade zone, not worldwide. In Georgia it most often does not apply.
Their parts supply chains are tied to the models sold on the local market. That is why they often refuse even a paying customer.
Supersonic dryers, Airwrap stylers, Corrale straighteners, Dyson Zone headphones, fans and humidifiers. Battery and motor replacement, board repair, restoration after water damage and falls.
We keep the main parts in stock. If the part you need has run out, we order it: the repair then takes about 1-3 weeks longer. We agree the timing and the price in advance.
We don't just replace the part that failed. While the device is open, we also take care of this model's known weak points, which would have shown up before long anyway.
A Dyson from the US or Japan can be permanently converted to Georgia's power grid - no plug adapters, no external transformers. Learn more →
We explain what happened to your device in your language. No language barrier and no intermediaries: write in whichever language suits you.
On the repair we perform. We agree the exact amount in chat before starting - there are no surprises in the final bill.
Describe the model and the symptom on WhatsApp / Telegram. A photo of the device and a short video of the problem help a lot.
We name the price and the timeline, including delivery time if a part has to be ordered. We never start without your confirmation.
We replace the faulty part and take care of the model's weak points at the same time. We test every mode.
Yes. We are an independent workshop and are not tied to any manufacturer authorisation, so the country of purchase makes no difference to us. Describe the model and the symptom in a messenger, send a photo or a short video - we will name the price and the timeline before your visit.
Their authorisation covers only devices officially imported by the local distributor, and their spare-part supply chains are tied to the models sold on this market. Even when they would like to help, they often cannot order a part for a device from another market. We work outside that system, which is why we can take it on.
If the warranty is valid and you plan to return to the country where you bought the device, it makes more sense to go there: the authorised service will repair it free of charge, and we honestly suggest trying that route first.
If there is nowhere to take it or you are staying in Georgia for a long time, we will help here. One thing to keep in mind: opening the housing voids the factory warranty, and that applies to any independent workshop, not only ours. That said, if someone already tried to remove the metal filter or open the device before us, the factory warranty is void regardless of our involvement. On our own work we give a 2-month warranty.
We keep the main parts in stock, so in most cases the repair runs on normal timelines. If the part we need has run out, we order it - the repair then takes about 1-3 weeks longer. We tell you the timing and the price in advance, before any work starts, so you can decide whether to wait.
English, Russian and Georgian. Describe the problem in your own words, and we will explain just as plainly what happened to the device and what exactly we are going to do. Messengers remain the fastest way to reach us.
No. The cost is based on the actual work involved and the price of the parts, and does not depend on who the customer is or where they come from. We agree the exact amount in chat before the repair starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. For price guidance on Dyson repairs, see the question about repair costs.
Do not plug it into a 220V socket even "just to try", and do not rely on a plug adapter: it changes the shape of the plug, not the voltage. We convert such devices to the Georgian grid permanently, after which no external transformer is needed. More about 110V → 220V conversion.
We do not limit ourselves to replacing the component that failed. While the device is open, we also take care of the points that are known to be weak on this model and would have made themselves felt before long. That way you get a device that will not come back to us a month later with the neighbouring fault.
In practice a repair is almost always the better deal: Dyson devices are expensive, while typical faults - battery, motor, sensor, cable, board - are fixed for a fraction of the price of a new device. In all our time we have not yet been brought a Dyson in a condition where we would say "repairing this makes no sense".
If such a case does come along, we will say so directly and before any work begins - charging for a repair that is not worth it would cost us far more in reputation than it would earn.
Mention the model and symptoms. The more details, the more accurate our quote.
